What should I wear?

You'll want to wear comfortable clothing (layering is optimal) and cross-training sneakers.

What should I bring?

The only thing you need to bring is a water bottle. All other equipment is provided.

What should I expect at the first class?

Please arrive 10 minutes early to speak with the trainer and fill out a few forms. We encourage you to start slowly at first to give your body time to adjust to the Boot Camp style of exercise. As the weeks go on and you gain more endurance, you will be able to push yourself harder and harder.
